a. Speech Competition
1. Brave/ be Confident
When you're nervous, you'll tell the judges to stop for awhile, making the duration longer. One thing is to not to be nervous, means you have to be Confident. Sometimes you're nervous because you didn't practice. Just remember "Practice makes Perfect!"
2. Persistent
Yes. You have to be presistent. You have to really show what's happening if the speech is happening in real life with your gestures. Make an example with it with a product, like paper, flower, image, etc.
3. Have Hope
Your speech will never be broken if you still have a hope. No, don't think hope of winning. Think Hope of Attracting. You attract people like a magnet to hear what you're saying. Also, be relaxed. With that, you can deliver your speech easily, anti-nervously.

When you're about to say your opinion about a statement, you have to be brave on it. Say what you have think with your brain and what you check with your heart. And if you have different opinion from others, that's NORMAL! Everybody has different opinion about something or someone and nothing can stop that opinion.

Although it has been said several times, hear it, don't miss it! You'll not know what are you going to agree or argue about. The speaker may report to the judges if they noticed you didn't pay attention. They will say that you have no respect, and with no scoring, you'll lose!

On Storytelling, confidence must be the strongest confidence from all competitions. You must not be shy if you have to use weird voices or actions. As long as it does not violate the moral code, the judges will state you "talented" or "experienced". Well, stay confident, and you will reach the top!
2. be Dramatic
This part is quite hard to do, but this may be an additional score for the judges, trust me! The more you were as dramatic as your scenario of your story you were telling, the more the story will seem real.
